I’m an inspirational Christian author/singer/songwriter originally from Connecticut but now living in the mountains of northern Georgia. I have a passion for leading young people to a place of closer fellowship with God, taking the higher (and narrower) road, doing what is right according to the authority of our Creator’s Word, building strong character to avoid regrets and have healing from past regrets so that God can use them in great and mighty ways! My aim is to build strong young people which will in turn build stronger families resulting in a stronger nation.
While my target audience is focused on young people (elementary to college aged), adults like my content as well, and everyone is welcome!
I have been broken, just like you may have been. But the Lord will use us if we have willing, obedient, humble hearts, and that is what I strive to do. There is much evil out there, and I desire to be a light in the darkness. I believe in truth, and believe the ultimate authority for truth is the holy, inspired Word of God. We can use more love in this world, and my desire is to lovingly draw others to Christ, who is the very source of love because He is Love. My writing ministry is a place for resources that I hope will be inspiring to you and encouraging along life’s journey.
I am a family nurse practitioner, and have taught 1st-6th grade Sunday School for several years. I was a Christian school music teacher for 3 yrs., church pianist and special music coordinator, serving in the music ministry for over 30 years. I’m a fundamental, Bible believing Baptist using the King James Version of the Bible in all my books. My books and music however really focus on the Scripture rather than any particular denomination. I speak God’s truths in a kind, warm, friendly way. I’m not here to judge you, but to admonish and encourage you in the Lord.
I live with my husband and two step children in rural America, and my elderly father lives with us as I care for him in his final years. I have two grown daughters, one of whom is married and has a baby. I thank God that all of my children love the Lord!
I’d love for you to share with me any questions you may have, and I will pray for you, and lift you up when you are feeling weak and downhearted. I will encourage you from God’s Word and also from past experiences if that will help, and if appropriate, even as a Christian family nurse practitioner. I want you to be all you can be for Jesus Christ, which is where you will find complete satisfaction in your soul and true freedom and peace with God. Come as you are! He loves you and wants to be your Savior and best Friend.
God bless you, and I hope to hear from you!
